Shipping Policy

At Kata Scents Emporium, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience. We use trusted delivery companies with 48-hour tracking to deliver your orders safely and on time. Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

We accept products back within 10 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning; however, we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30-day policy, and they will be returned to you.
